Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your 1-1 session up to 24 hours in advance by logging into your account at https://www.oliakerzhner.com/. A full refund minus 3% processing will be given for any cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to reschedule your session less than 24 hours in advance, please email me at olia.kerzhner@gmail.com. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, but I might be able to reschedule your session.
